running problems

87 notch with 88 turbo swap done it was runningf fine then it just started acting up. At wot it bogs and doesnt want to go almost like its towing a trailer. At 1/2 throttle it runs decent. Im guessing a fuel problem because it has an open exaughst and i smell not the first fume comming from this thing. It has a new filter and the pump is workin. Im thinkin maybe the sock thing on the bottom of the pump might b clogged. Just tryin to get an idea of what might b wrong with it. The timing is on , dont know what degree it is set at but i have tried everything when it comes to the timing. Plugs wires etc is all new. Just lookin for an idea to steer me in the right direction. Hi,

Are you still runing the stock N/A pump and injectors? As for timing, i 'think' for the 2.3 T, it needs to be at 12* but im not 100% sure. The info is out there though. Usually you can increase the timing until you can hear pinging with 93 octane.

Dont forget to unplug the spout connector when changing the timing.
