ok well i figured it out i had a bad ground in the wireing harness so i ran a new ground wire and all is well and running like a champ! Thanks for all the help guys!!!
To the TPS. apparently the same ground goes the the MAP ECT and couple of others so i would not get the right voltage on any of them. I am glad to be on the road again.
