Rusty Coolant?

I just looked under the hood and noticed my waterpump is leaking and the anti-freeze is brown. I checked the oil, it's fine, and the coolant doesn't seem to be oily. I just had a new Fluidyne radiator installed in the spring, this is odd. Any opinions?

Plain and simply rust in the coolant. The spring that keeps the lower hose from collapsing and the water jackets of the block also rust.

I just find it a bit odd that the coolant would have rust in it so quickly, I've never seen this before. New engine, new rad, chrome hoses. Maybe the dexcool was used when the radiator was installed. It did look orange-ish from the get go.
