not to be outdone im starting my own thread

lots of pictures in this ole thread...

from the very beginning to the very end...this is where ill put it..well..most the time....

first day i saw it...i knew it was mine. to start...it didnt run, had no brakes..AND no top what so ever to protect it from he elements...

few more years and it would of been junkyard bound...

after the tank came out for the first time to have it cleaned and the fuel pump replaced.(twice )

first time being ran and the water pump decided to let lose



replacing injectors...



out with the old....

fender for now.... just sanded where the was rust and got the upper most of the fender in primer...next next weekend ill go back and do the rest of the fender along with the rear of the car

why didnt u replace the carpet when you sprayed all the interior pieces? seems like more work later on...


but good work! looking good!

a compressor and a spray gun...took me a while to get the spray pattern i wanted...had to play with the pressure some so get it right.

yeah i know..but it don't bother me...im waiting till i get seats and carpet before i replace one or the other...so later this summer...not on the top of the to-do list if you know what i mean.

Looks a HELL of alot better than when you got it. Good job sticking with it, just dont give up on it, and it will look killer!
