Do you know where ford gets its paint? The same company that makes mine. the paint age dosent matter on the price its the color that makes te price. Reds yellows and oranges being the most expensive.. Once again im not hating but its not the paint that lasted 19years its the prep that goes into it. The place im getting my paint frm gives me the price of the dealership in which i work, cost on paint. And my paint is a cheaper color. The color is a big factor in price but the age of it isnt. My old car had the same color on the front of it.

look at it this way....if i ask for advice then i will use what is told to me...but im tired you ****ing up my thread with all the bole **** that spills out of your mouth...keep it in your thread....and out of mine

It's like each time I check into this thread for your progress Ryan you're arguing with RS. Just ignore the guy.... you're coming along nicely. Plus, who knows how many times 85ragtop wants to tell ya'll to be nice.

We all hate him...you just have to learn to ignore him when he starts bashing in on your thread.

You're doing an awesome job on the stang, and you're lucky to have a dad to support you in all of this. I wish i could claim to have done as much as you have. You've got spunk, and tons of it. Keep up the good work...and dont let rs get you down. He has no one in his life to keep him happy.

i just have a question... is it possiable to use bullets with MK7 rotors...one guy told me with alot of beating on the dust caps he got his to fit? what about if i used a 1/4 spacer for the front with the 05+ back spacing?

gonna probably need 1/2.. 5/16th is what it took to make 06 bullets fit my 98 gt in the front and 1 1/2" out back to get the stance right

get a markVII rotor and test fit it on the bullit, if it doesnt work return it and say you dont need it. I did that with my split 5's. it wouldnt work for me unless I beat the hell out of the dust cap, and I just didnt trust running it like that

85ragtop has spoken. Ryan & Rs both calm down. I'm not here to point fingers at either one of you, so I don't want to hear "he started it." One of the moderators has spoken, so get along or infractions start being handed out. End of story.

Im going to advise you not to run spacers.. Search underpressuregt and let the hilarity and reason not to use spacers ensue.

hub centrics work great actually.. they put the weight on the hub, the same as the wheel does

I agree Steven, however make sure you get a quality part. Cheapo parts store spacers are much more prone to breaking than a good billet set. If you get spacers, make sure they're billet aluminum or steel, and that they're hub centric. I've heard arguments for both sides on whether to get a set that has its own studs, or using longer studs that reach through the spacer to the wheel, and either has its advantages, but make sure they're hardened studs in either case.
