Found a Powerdyne 6lb bd11a supercharger for the stang COMPLETE for $1400. The guy claims it has very low miles on it. Is this a good super charger and what is it capable of boost. I asked him the same question but just wanna see if he's bluffn' me when he answers? peace

Well theres the biggest issue there. You never know how many miles are on it. But if he "claims" theres low mileage on it then its alright most of the time. But what is low mileage to him? Personally i'd just buy knew. And from my understanding, powerdyne is a "Not so top of the line" blower. Being as they do not have oil feed lines and stuff. But people also have good luck with them i'm sure too! I'd just go vortech or paxton and be safe. But 1400.00... i'm not sure, around my area you could pick up a used vortech with 10k and 9lb blower for roughly 1100. I think if you go the smaller 6lb blower you'll regret it. And aren't those smaller blowers only like 2 grand new anyway? I paid 3 for my V-1 S-Trim brand new. Plus when you have to rebuild your 1400.00 blower, 2400.00 for a used small 6lb blower isn't such a great deal is it? Buy new, and buy a 9lb blower.
