Hi, I installed a new Kirban FPR onto my stock rails and now it is spewing fuel all over my lower intake. I can tell it is coming from between the new FPR and the FPR flange on the rail itself. I check the two o-rings on the large tube on the Kriban FPR and they look good. Now on the smaller tube, it doesn't have any o-rings on it nor is there anything in the rails flange that has an o-ring. Is there supposed to be something in the recess that is in the flange???
I installed my original FPR and it spews now too. On every instance of spewage, I have not had the vacume line connect. That is what the instructions say to do.
Can someone please help???? I have a new set of 30lb injectors and a new C&L MAF, ACCELL coil, and a new 250 amp altenator that installed. I am dieing to see how see is going to run.

Are you sure the flange is straight on the fuel rail/fpr? Try putting some petroleum jelly/silicone spray on the orings, and then tighten one side a little, then the other a little, etc until its all the way down. Good luck!

make sure the flange is all the way down, and push down on the fpr, when i installed mine i had to hold it down and screw it at the same time, it kept wanting to pop up, apparently something isnt sealing, so maybe there is a small crack in one of the o-rings, and maybe im mistaken but isnt there suppose to be an o-ring for both spots??

You are probably missing an O ring. I did the same thing and it spewed with both of them. The Oring fell off and was siting on the back of my lower intake. I cant remember now which side it was for i think the small one though. But i was gonna blow my head off until i saw the little Oring sitting back there and put it on and all was good.
