Congrats on the new Mustang, it's a little differnt feel but I am sure you and your family will enjoy it. Hopefully the new owner appreciates all the work you have into the 5.0 and will look after it in a caring manner. Good to see you around...enjoy the new toy

Enjoy the new ride. Nothing wrong with moving on to new things. It's not as if you sent the car to the wrecking yard. lol Like Favadave said, hopefully the new owner will appreciate what's he's got and the work that went into it.

I know the position you were/are in, D. I too decided to sell my car a year and a bit ago. Never looked back. WEll.....Okay, I still occasionally look back and think I should've just stored it. But I got top dollar for it and the timing was perfect. I've had a short road of buying and selling, but now have the car that will quite possibly be my sons or daughters one day. Here to stay.
Congratulations on the sale and purchase. It goes without saying, but that car truly was a nice piece of art.

Thanks buddy...Actually saw yours relisted recently...wonderful car it was!!! Mine was not quite at your notches level, but she was a great car that brought me alot of fun and pride. Trailer left 2hours ago...still sinking in, but like I told another buddy a bit ago, I'd say I'm not happy..not sad, but satisfied.
Trailer pics to follow

it has to be tough to load it on a trailer and hand over the keys, I think I would have tears in my eyes.

My pop is pretty ill...guess I'm just focused on that right now, not giving the whole ordeal much thought, maybe later. Been a long day but when I look out the window I see the vert staring me in the face and can almost hear it yelling" 60 DEGREES TOMORROW PUT MY TOP DOWN!!!"...I hope to oblige

Sorry to hear about your father, I wish him well.

It will be nice to get into a new car and go blast on it...the S197 is very smooth and refined compaired to the Fox.
