Hey folks, thought this would be a good place to get some advice and learn from some experienced classic car owners. I've got a 69 coupe that my dad and I have worked on together for 24 years, and I think the time has come to sell it. Mixed feelings about it, but I think it's the right move for our family.
Anyway, what I'm here to ask about... Got any advice from your experience buying or selling classics? Pitfalls to avoid? Resources, selling websites, etc. to look into? Know anyone in the market for a 69 coupe?
I'm comfortable buying and selling newer cars, but it seems like the market and process for selling a classic car will have some difference nuances. Much smaller buyer pool, concerns about test driving, different valuation process, etc.
Thanks in advance for any tips you might have to offer!
Nick
