Here is my Dyno Graph from today. It was a mustang Dyno so that explains the really low numbers.

Is it safe for me to run at the Track tomorrow with my AFR like it is??

Thats a little high. I know for a boosted car thats a no go, but I think thats still high for NA also.

Ive been told 13 flat is the general accepted range for a NA GT.

Just my opinion, id fatten it up a bit. Wait for someone more knowlegeable to chime in.

Waiting for my Tuner to get back to me with a Modified Tune. Just wondering if I can run tomorrow without worrying about grenading my engine.

Your just going to have to make sure you are listening for detonation, (ticking coming from the engine) then get the hell out of it. Have you run it really hard the way it is? Use as high an octane fuel as you can and add a few bottles of octane boost just to help out. I use Lucas Oil BOOSTER octane boost. Seems to work good for me. My air/fuel is a lot lower than that, 10.5ish above 5000rpm, fat as Rosie O'Donell.

My tuner just sent me an updated Tune, so it looks like I should be good to Run tomorrow.

thats good to hear. I would want more fuel to be safe if I was going to go run it at the track.

That's definitely better than running it the way it was.
