did you run your car at the track for the first time after the procharger? the times you posted seemed slow for a blower. maybe you did i duno, but it was a nice car! reminds me alot of my car.

ive always thought about getting a different stang, mostly to get away from the little things that car car has wrong, just the small broken interiors pieces, dents here and there, just all that crap you know. but i doubt i could ever get rid of it. i've spent too much time and money in my car.

Good story and I know you said theres no reason for you to move out yet because of your age.... but damn maybe buying a $60k car and still living with your parents? I know if I was buying something that was even 25k they would assume I can live on my own and kick me out haha! Why not get a appartment and buy a nasty mustang for 10k or something? Iam sure it would be much cooler to pick up a chick in a nasty american car and bring her back to your apartment, then pick her up in a 60k car and go to your parents house!

I agree sucks to hear, but a Ferrarri and living at home? I catch enough having my fox and an Audi still living home. I have my reasons, as we all do, but I coudln't see myself with something worth $60K or more and not putting that into a nice condo or apartment.

if you buy a ferrari and live at home your a jackass. flat out. A car is a constantly depreciating asset and the ones that aren't you wont get to drive. You might as well through money out the window. Think about WHY you really want to have a nice car.. to feel better about yourself? to look good for others? or is it to attract women? I promise you the women you attract w/ a ferrari/porsche are gonna laugh themselves to tears when you pull up to your parents house. Put your money elsewhere (invest it in stocks/bonds/real estate ... etc). If you cant figure out what to do with it put it into a decent yield savings account until you do. Oh and that r32 is gorgeous.. probably want a pretty penny for it aswell.

Thought about it, and $60k probably is too much. That GTR is $20k, plus another $5k to get it here, and registered, etc... I think $30k is a safe amount to spend on a fun car. I have two jobs. One is pizza delivery - it pays all my bills and gives a little spending cash. My second is a mechanic at a car dealership. I keep that paycheck and don't even look at my bank account. I'm due for a raise next month, too.

I think you guys missed the part where he said he was a mechanic... And I dont know if you have checked into pizza delivery, but in the states you can net near 2k a month doing it... with two jobs and living at home 4k a month pays for quite a bit.
