Roush saleen/alcon brakes

If I was interested in a Alcon/Saleen Front Brake set up that was originally on an 01 Saleen, would the mounting brackets that fit the 01 work for my 95 GT? If they will work, what (if any) geometrical differences will there be? And if they wont work, where can I get brackets to make them work. If the calipers are used, what pads would I have to use doing regular street driving. Should I be on the look out for any issues like frozen calipers? Is it an easy apartment garage install? Oh and lastly, when Saleen put these Alcons on their cars, did they use a different Master Cylinder or should I be okay with stock?

If they are off an 01 they are not Alcons. They are the brembos and are a direct bolt on for your car. They are a few people who are trying to pass off the Saleen brembos as alcons. One individual in Arizona was doing that on craigslist a few months ago. Alcons will work on your car. Everything will bolt up but, her eis the one issue you will run into. New rotors are nearly a $1000 for a pair. The brake pads are $130 for a set. They are really a track only kit because of the price and limited availabllity of parts

I didn't get them. They are alcons though. I am familiar with both. I just was unsure of the condition they were in. I just didn't want to get them and have problems with them like leaking or being broken somehow. I really wanted them though. Do you think 800 bucks would be too much for them used with about 30-40% pad left and rotors that are turned enough where the slots are no longer visible...it included stainless steel brake lines and brakets. I know they are rare to be sold and that is why I wanted them, but it is a big investment and didn't want to make a wrong move. What do you think?

If the slots are no longer visible then they may not be useable. It depends on the thickness. They may be on there last life. I wouldn't go 800 on them unless I knew the thickness of the rotor. Do not reuse pads. You take the chance of eating up the rotor.
