Yeh I have been looking at everyone reply and they're all right you should find a saleen with all factory parts so you know what you are working with. There is a reason why they did not put a vortech in it .

Thats too expensive for myself considering the year and price range, I'm sure it's worth that, but like I said I'll be starting college next year so I need something reliable, and a 2000 with near 50k with a supercharger isn't probably top of the list, haha. I do appreciate the help, theyre still very sweet cars.
If I were you I would verify by VIN that the car was a "real" Saleen, Steeda, or Roush car. There is likely some good Saleen registry on the internet you could verify it with that might even provide info on its stock configuration. Nothing worse than buying a Faleen imo... Good luck.
