well i got the new "saleen s281 wing" painted and i went to install and i figured i bought the damn saleen one and not the kaenen, but i thought no biggy. well the 3m tape wont stick, and the wing wont fit as flush as id like it to. anyone got any ideas to make it stick better? like some stronger tape or something?

I can't believe how dead SN is tonight.....but my only thought is maybe a spray adhesive, I would lay some painters tape down where you dont want glue, then put the spoiler on. It should be pretty much flush mounted. This is just my idea, no clue if it will work or not.....take it for what its worth....

You need 3m VHB tape, These are the correct tape for body kit and wings.
But kaenan wing should had holes that lines up with the stock holes so you don't need the 3M tape. but I have kaenan wing also and it fit good.
I just cleaned it up with alcohol and stick the regular 3M tape on it and bolted it down. fits perfect. It's always good to have 2 people but in my case i had to do it myself.
Anyways that VHB 3M tape cost $89 per roll. That's the reason why i didn't do it. LOL
