Saleen wheel question

My car is a 1989 LX,

Question #1-- I am wanting to covert my ride to 5 lug and was going to use the either the Ford Racing or 50resto.com kit. I believe both are basically the Ranger axles and the Lincoln rotors. Does anyone know if these will work on the 99-04 Saleen wheels and still be able to put the center caps on? I heard this was an issue with the 03 Cobra wheels.

Question #2-- What size and offset should I get. They offer a 16x8 with +36, 17x9 with +24 or +36, 18x9 with +24 offset. If any of you guys are running these wheels on your fox what 5 lug conversion and wheels do you have? Are there any rubbing issues.

yeah, i noticed the center cap deal. Why go with the wheels and not be able to put the caps on...looks stupid. I'm thinking of doing the same thing sometime, so hopefully we have some brains out there...

ive been debating swapping rims cuz i dont like the ones on my car right now ( were on there when i bought it) and if youre going to use a rim with a center cap, you have to swap the front brakes out and use the 94-95 mustang front disk set up......just passin on what ive heard.
