Sanding Car

Ok what do you need to prep a car that has fadded and the clear coat is....well, you can peel it off I have Brand new front and rear bumper and hood, so i need to strip down the paint on the ground effects and body and prime it ...what is that grey crap, [ primer] is it sprayed on rubbed on painted what is primer and where can i get the parts to do this and do it correctly.
Very very small rust on a corner of sunroof and also where can i get a dent puller

You can get primer anywhere, get good self etching primer. You can use paint stripper or get sandind pads for a grinder, or drill or any other tool that spins. Or by hand use rougher grit sandpaper and move up to finer stuff until it is all smooth. Take time to get all the old paint off well and wipe off all dust before painting anything. If prepped well you can make it look like a proffesional job. Just do not rush and try your best and it will look as good or better than new.

Personally I would never fool with a dent puller myself. But as for painting the car there are several great websites that detail how to prep a car. Some are like the DIY network(do-it-yourself network). There are way to many important steps to list here but it is vital that you prep to the best of you ability and make sure you clean everything very well, expecially dust and dirt before shooting paint.
