Been a good 6 months since I've been on here, wondering what's what? who's still around that remembers this old fool?

Never would I go without..I bought an 08 GT/CS vertible in feb. I sometimes wonder about the old stang and miss it some. I spend my free time when not with the wife/son on my Suzuki boulevard M50, she's becoming the 'modded' (not quite show quality but definately my style of modding) ride since I've decided not to turn any wrenches on my current stang. Really the 08 is just passing time untill the new engine is available for the 2011-2012 when I make the jump. I've heard it's a 450hp 5.0 monster that's due for near 35-40mpg....I did some work on oil hole design on the crank line at the engine plant and can't stop hearing good things about the new driveline. I have to admit the the S197 car is a hell of a fine automobile...worlds different from the fox experience but both have their place in my heart.

If the 2011/2012 Mustang GT's are supposed to be as great as all the hype would have us believe, it makes me wonder why ANYONE would want to waste the money on a 2008 to 2010 model.

I miss the car now and again...but I cofounded the local club with nearly 600 memebers, most of which are foxes, so I get to spend plenty of time with them. Wife drives the 08 mostly..I only drive it to our meets and when ever wife and I go anywhere. We managed 3700kms on it before I put it away two weeks ago, but I really enjoyed driving it...especially when the top was down. Pics of her today...really just a stock GT with some simple add-ons like blackout panel/mirror accents/engine covers. I like driving a stock stang after 9yrs of driving a rumbling beast...it's nice to have the warranty and the dealer doing all my service work (10 free oil changes and rotations with purchase).
Pics...sure

and my little weekend warrior...

REALLY? Last time I heard from the guy was when it overheated from him not hooking up the Efan DCC controller after he had collision work done to the front end. Once I heard the front got smacked I lost interest in hearing anymore from him.....sometimes you just need to let em go

Darkwritter..thanks man, I LOVE that bike...she's loud and sexy...like my wife
