Schrader valve location and fuel pressure?

I really feel dumb, but I cannot seem to locate my shrader valve In my 89 it was on the fuel line right behind the altenator, but here on my 92 it is not there. I have checked the rail and lines under the hood and do not see one. Where do I hook up a fuel pressure gauge? I just noticed today that the car has a Holley adj. regulator (did not notice before because it looked stock, but when I pulled off the vaccumme line it had an adjustment srew on the same post the line hooks to) and was wondering how the previous owner knew where to set it. So please, how do I check fuel pressure for this damn thing. Also what pressure (apx) should I set it at with the mods I have (306 block, Lunati voodoo cam, PP Typhoon intake, 65mm t-body and spacer, 24lb injectors, pro-m mass air, MAC headers, h-pipe, mufflers, underdrive, ram-air intake filter, no cats, smog, or egr) I hope someone can help.
