Sct Tuner

I have a 2004 gt with a stock engine except for the air intake wich I upgraded with a BBK cold air intake and a throtle body spacer. I have an SCT tuner and was looking foward to upload a good tune to the car but not really familiar with a tuner. What could I change with the tuner to feel a little difference in the car?

Going to bring this thread back from the dead as it’s close to what I wanting to get opinions on is the $400 worth it for a tuner? I have a 01 cobra with some bolt one and don’t want to waste cash if it’s truly not worth it
