i have an auto 99gt, as of now just a k&n drop in and flowmasters..is it worthwhile for me to invest in an x-cal? i plan on doing more to the car and found one for 160 shipped so i'm having a hard time deciding
It's X-Cal #1. I found it on EBay. You'll have to get a new tune for it, but otherwise this is a good deal. Danielle over at www.modulardepot.com quoted me a price of $125 to reburn my SCT chip, so I'd expect your price to be similiar if not cheaper (no shipping with the XCAL, they can simply email you the tune).
If the seller doesn't "divorce" it from his/her car, you're screwed. I'd hold onto the money and save up for an Xcal2. It does a lot more. The Xcal (1) is just a box that loads tunes.
