What the hell is a 2 step rev limiter??

The EEC has two parameters for the rev limiter. One for when the car is moving and one while it is stopped. Setting the nuetral rev limiter to say 3000 rpm, will allow you to hold your foot to the floor on the starting line, and keep the rpms at 3000. Once you let off the clutch and the car begins to move the speed sensor picks up that the car is moving and switches to the other rev limiter which can be set to say 6200.
