I don't think you guys are understanding me here. There is a 3/8" ID tube that comes from the underside of the back of the upper intake that runs to the vacuum tree on the firewall. The nipple it connects to there is marked "S". Disconnect it from the tree on the firewall. Now you have a direct line to the intake manifold. There is no need to try to use the vacuum line that goes to the brake booster.
Important to note, though, you won't have power brakes while you're doing this, so don't try doing it on a hill!

well i just did it, was super easy, and smoked a hell of a lot. wish i could have found my camera

Yea, if its still has the factory hose clamps, its one of those crappy c-spring clamp thingamajigs. Pop it off with some needle nose pliers, and you could probably replace it with a standard worm-gear clamp if ya wanna.
Yea, half to full. I think a full can is supposed to be able to treat up to 20 gallons. Sometimes I'll dump half in the oil and half in the gas tank after an oil change.

i would do it BEFORE an oil change bcuz it thins out the oil and it's not good to have thin oil in are old cars..
Where have you heard that it thins the oil? I think if it had any malicious effects on oil, it wouldn't be labeled for use in the crankcase...
they say to put it in the oil so it will get in every crack and krevis.. whenever you add something as thin as that to something as think as oil it's bound to thin it out.. i'll give it a little test 2nite and find out for 100%.. i always put mine in like 30 miles b4 an oil change because that will break alot of gunk up and it will get caught in the oil filter and probably clog it up nice.. i'm just tedious and i don't like having that running in my oil that long of a time period..
