I decided to add the rest of the bottle to my moms crown vic after a no-smoke attempt on my stang and it worked on her car!!! ALOT of smoke! 170,000miles and running strong now! I guess I didnt use enough in the stang so Im buying another bottle and trying again.

I put it in here..
Let it sit for 15 minutes and started it up and no smoke...

GOSH, how come people can't read the whole thread. They'd know exactly how to do it, WITH EXPERIENCE, if they'd just read the FRIGGEN thread!

so if some seafoam gets in the oil, is that bad? Is there a way to tell if it gets in there without draining it? I just payed $50 to for synthetic oil change and don't want to redo that if the getting seafoam in the oil is bad. Thanks.

It's not bad, but I would recommend changing it pretty soon. If you're that worried, then wait until soon before the oil change and SEAFOAM IT!

I'm only worried because someone mentioned it. If it's not a big deal then I don't mind leaving it in. I'f I only use like a 1/3 of the bottle, does that improve chances of there not being any left in there?
Just seafoamed the frontier and stang again and got incredible results from both! nice white smoke and really took that ''load'' off the stang and frontier. Only thing is auto zone raised the price of seafoam up to $6.99 from $4.99!!

Its its dying, you are pulling the IAC probably, there are a lot of hoses down there, you don't want to pull the wrong one. Its the one that connects to the valve cover.

well to anyone i'd actually use seafoam. I am impressed. Car revs up smoother and idles better. I took off the iac connection and used a cup and straw to let is suck it in. I took a beer pong cup and filled it a little under the first little like(Basicly filled it like a beer pong cup should be). Funniest thing happened though. I kept on pushing the brake down for 5 mins to the floor to get my car to stall and it didnt. Go figure
oh yea exhaust sounds much cleaner best 6 bucks i spent.

Yeah, the thread back again....
Anyway, listen to this one. My girlfriend brought her '05 Focus to our local Ford dealer for an oil change this past weekend, she had a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation, check fluids, etc. for like $25-30. She gets a call while her cars in the shop, "We checked your car and it's due for carbon removal, if you want we can go ahead and do it for only $99 plus tax." She of course said "No thanks." She thought it was funny and called to tell me right after it happened, her car only has 21K miles on it now but I told her if she wants I'll seafoam it when I get home from college in a few weeks.
Is it sad that I'm really looking forward to using seafoam in my stang in a few weeks because I haven't been able to yet being away school?

I need to add the Brake Booster method for carbed Mustangs, but here's my guide with pictures and stuff. (Yes, the last image is broken because I haven't taken it, yet.)

good write up if you have a Cobra. Few things to note. Fuel injection goes back to before 96. Parents just bought 5 acres so I will be seafoaming this week!
