Seats that interchange - 94 GT?

I'm looking at a '94 GT that's in great shape. The only thing it's missing that I'd like is leather interior. Will any '94-'04 coupe seats work (fonts and rear)? What about power hook-up?

Or, has anyone tried kits like this?

That looks a little too expensive at first glance. If you want to go with covers, I'd try WWW.COVERLINE.NET. You can get two-tone, custom colors/design, ect., and it's still cheaper than that Ebay link.

94-04 work you have to rewire the power seats to work for 99+ to work on 94-98.
