Select Shift Swap

Hi all,

I'm trying to gauge the feasibility and potential cost of swapping out the current button-press style shifter with the kind where you kick the stick over to the left into sport mode and move the shifter up and down to change gears. I'm basically trying to change the stock auto shifter to this style:

Does anyone know of someone doing this mod or have any idea what kind of work needs to be done? Also, lets please avoid the "just get a manual" comments. The car is a daily and i live in the heart of los angeles. It's just not going to happen.

I've seen the ratchet shifter and am not a fan. It's too clunky and I don't think I'd be able to maintain the automatic shift sequence when in sport mode. I really want to go the route of the system in the picture I posted.
