with the help of RC, Andy, et al, i learned that one can get a new [but cast] waterneck (thermostat housing) at DAP (which i could not figure out - we dont have those here. I have the FRPP chrome housing...they suck..plain and simple as they like to leak, this is on my Spring "dump it list"...Supposedly someone makes an o-ring unit it in chrome thats better at sealing...This is the only FRPP part I ever bought that doesn't work....
