Seriously, is ant intake $600 better than a Cobra intake?

I've looked at the flow numbers and stuff and according to the chart in the FAQ, the Cobra is a close second only to the Eddy Performer for an N/A setup. I don't know what that actually translates to in an N/A setup, but I don't think I could justify spending $600 for whatever small gain you would get witht he Eddy unit over the Cobra intake.

If you want more performance than what the Cobra intake can offer then you step up to the Performer.

If you want more performance than what the Performer can offer then you step up to the RPM.

And so on!

You are dealing with the age old problem of ....................

As you make more power or get quicker, the gains become smaller even though the cost is larger.

If you have a fixed goal in mind then you know not to waste money, time, or effort on lesser performing combo parts.

I do understand what you are saying and that is why I did the things that gave the most gain for the buck spent first.
