Sometimes when you move accesories and delete some, you need to run the belt the other way around the water pump, so it goes to the WP from the crank last instead of first. (or was it the other way around?)
if clearance is an issue,, you can move the alternator over 1.. if you look at the alternator there is an extra hole that you can move it over a little.. I dont exactly know you'r setup to say exactly what the problem could be though.
