I went to autozone to get a new serpentine belt for the 5.0 and the one they had in the computer didn't match up. I am assuming the pulley system I have isn't stock. Check out the pic. I was just wondering maybe you guys have a part number for your belt so I can just give them a number and get a belt. The belt I curently have measures 33" 1/2 across if you fold it in half on the ground.
Thanks

yeah you need a short belt. You have no air conditioning and no smog pump. There are lots of people on here with a similiar setup and one of them will reply. Why not just have the belt measured witha serpentine belt measuring tool and buy that?

I didn't know they had a measuring tool. The guy working there just kept trying to match them up with random belts in the back and was not getting any luck.

just use a piece of string and wrap it around all the pulleys. bypass the idler pulley, then add about 4'' to that number

just run a string arouns like he said...but you dont have to bypass the idler pulley...just route it the way it would be pull the string off..measure it...go to autozone and get that size...then 1 inch bigger and 1 inch smaller...whatever fits best keep and return the left over 2....then by a second for spare or write down the belt size somewhere.
