Service Engine Soon - help!

Hello,
I got a service engine soon light maybe a month ago and the diagnostics showed:

Code: PO305
The PCM has determined that a misfire has occurred in cylinder #5.

I changed the plugs first and reset the computer. It all went away and today a month later the same thing shows up. Is it the coil? Could it be anything else?

i think this is common for #5 but im not sure.. anyways, put a different coil over on #5 and see if the other cylinder with the "bad" cop throws a code.

plugs or wires beleive thats the most basic and most common

I had that same code a month ago and it was a loose connection for that plug.

as these guys said, test the COP if you have those replace the plug and wire/COP if thats bad too.
