Shaker Hood Problem

I have a 69 Mach 1 with a shaker hood now that I had all new sheet metal put in the shaker is not in the middle of the hood anymore. The body shop that put new shock tower assemblies in and core support and firewall squared everything up according to factory specs but the shaker is off now. When it had bad towers and other issues the shaker set dead in the center. Below are pics. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Motor and trans and everything else went in fine.

It looks like the motor is cocked to one side .You may have two different rubber motor mounts ,they seem to fit differently from company to company

They are both from Napa

I had them on their before I had the new metal put in and it was perfectly centered
