You won't get a functioning shaker hood for $130.00. Not even close.

Those are just CAI's. The Shaker is the big black thing on top of the engine with the snorkel coming out and going into the air filter housing.

Unless you have a mach 1 you are looking at the wrong kits. Those ones you linked are just a cold air intake(CAI) which both happen to be for a mach 1. You are NOT getting the shaker with them, just the CAI.
Here is one for a GT. This is what you get with the CAI kits. Its the black pipe along with a filter which you cant see.

www.classicdesignconcepts.com has them, but I think they are only for the 05-07 mustang. They are functional. I helped install one on a car when I worked at the speed shop where I live. The funnest part was helping cut the hole in an unmolested hood of a brand new car.

edit: just found them for the 99-04, boy they aren't cheap.

Personally, I like the KarKraft one better.

Though, I am a bit biased...

IMO the Shaker hood scoop should only be on the Mach 1's.... Its kinda like having a Cobra badge on a non Cobra...

Sorry to tell you, shaker hood scoops are far from being Mach 1 unique. CDC was selling their kit for the SN95 Mustang GT, long, long before Ford even thought of doing the Mach 1 show car, let alone the production 2003 and 2004 models.

BTW, the Mach 1 prototype show car actually used the CDC shaker kit.

A better analogy would be putting "Cobra Jet" badges on a Mach 1, that doesn't actually have a Cobra Jet engine under the hood.
