Shaved Sides

Im still not sure im understanding. you say shave everything... are you talkin about the body lines (creases) body molding? maybe if you threw up a picture of a car and pointed to what youre talkin about, i could help. from what im thinkin you mean, you want to make all of the body panels completely flat and have no contours. if you did that, you would probably end up with a mustang that looked like a scion.

heres a pic of the notch i just got, it has shaved door handles and trunk. not sure what im doing for the modlings putting them on or shaving them too. most likly just putting them back on so i dont need to repaint.

my stang is shaved symbols, handles locks etc., i was fixing it everyday at first but then i took it apart and studied for a while and relaized that the way my body guy put it together was stupid so i corrected it and havent had a problem ever since. however no one has ever complemented me without me actually pointing out thaT it is all gone or untill they try to get into the car, i think you should save your money and spend it on something more noticeable.

Okay. I'm trying to take the rational side. What happens when you get all this stuff done, and it works great for like six months or so, and then the remote dies. How do you get in? Will there be any body damage, or are the relays, and controls easliy accesible?

You would have to leave the hatch lock in place. Pulling a Dukes of Hazard through the hatch would suck, but I think there is a "secret" pull string mounted somewhere similar to the gas tank pull chord.
