Im glad you guys agreed with me. I hate telling someone that after they just sunk a ton of sweat and money into a project.

But at the same time, i would rather you hear it from a bunch of us....so you can go fix it. It would be a shame to hurt something in your new motor b/c you didnt have all the bugs worked out. Check all the basics...

I think the valvetrain setup might be suspect. its loping way too much....maybe a misfire or something. What's the ignition setup?

sounds like a tractor man, something def dont sound rite. I would hate to see something go wrong after all this time of her being apart. It sounds like firing order is completely wrong or something.

Im gonna have to agree with you guys, it sounds to me like its chugging not lopeing.

Agreed. Something's definitely not right. That's not a lope, that's barely running. Sounds like the kids in high school that used to richen the **** out of their 305s till it would barely idle to make it sound like it has a cam. The tick almost sounds like header leak to me. Oh, and flows sound yucky.

But, congrats on getting it back together. Just little things to fix now.

Did you time it, it sounds like it's barely running, like every one already said. Sounds like your timing is way off to me.

yep i think it is off as well, my car sounds the same right now because of this, but gimme about an hour to do some tweaking and ill be good!!
