took a ride in an 03 Viper SRT 10 not too long ago, really set the standard for my goal of having a "reliable Viper/Vette crusher"

From what I have heard the uncomfortable thing went up to at least the body change a few years ago. I have only sat in and known owners of the "roadsters" so maybe the GTS coupe had alittle diff. setup but I heard they were just as bad.

I've heard the same thing about the new body.
My friend worked at a big Orlando Dodge dealer last year and said it was like an inside joke about not letting customers test drive Vipers only because the ride sucked so much.

that's pretty funny. However, people shouldn't expect a phenomenal ride out of a high end performance car.

race handling and comfort are two things that don't go together...unless you want to step up to a ferrari...and most Ferrari's will still be very stiff

personally I like being able to feel the road
