On a side note. What about interior items like the 68 center console which has the Cobra logo embroidered into it?

These are all great to use as excuses to buy parts NOW. I told the wife that I had to buy my shelby glass parts NOW.

Considering that Shelby just failed miserably with his lawsuit against FFR and other kit car companies i doubt whatever this latest crap is will follow through. That old fart needs to grow up. he should just be trying to live his life peacfully and to the fullest since anyday he is going to fall over dead. What difference does money make once he is gone?? i am sure there is alrdeady enough to spread around to his family.

Man, this is depressing even if nothing comes of it(yeah right, even if things go on as they are, all the retailers will keep the 20% price increase from the scare......like with oil).

That's understandable, though. They're manufacturing them for UP. It's just like Scat seats - you can get the same stitch pattern as the 500E, but they won't sell them with the Shelby name on them because it's trademarked and would put their deal with UP in jeopardy.
