Is there any difference between 1965 Shelby interior and normal fastback int?? I have some 1965 Fastback int parts and was told that they were Shelby because of they were made out of fiberglass??? Is this statement true?

The 65 Shelby had a different steering wheel, military aircraft seat belts, an added gauge pod in the center of the dash pad, and the rear seat and trunk "door" were replaced with a fiberglass shelf. Nothing else was changed.
