Roush Shift Boot & Break Handle

Hello Guys,

Can someone please tell me if the shift boot and break handle came from Saleen, or was it from a Cobra. My 2001 GT did not have leather on the boot and the break handle was just rubber. My shift boot is not that soft and the break handle is unraveling. Any ideas??
