Shift fork bent?

I think my shift fork is bent, sometimes when i put it into third it sounds like something is grinding, but it only happens sometimes, i noticed that if i go in a lil crooked it will make that noise. Is there a way to fix that?

check and make sure that your clutch cable isnt worn out. THEN check your synchros.

If the clutch cable was worn out, why would it only affect the 2-3 shift?

i have a pro 5.0 shifter already, it happened before the new shifter went in. Ill have to check out hanlons site.
