shift light ?

I was just wondering how to get the light to come on when you start the car up. I like lights switches and gauges its all cool stuff to me. I got a msd box everything works great with it just want to find out how to get this to work.

My monster tach is wired up normally and comes on when the key is turned.What light do you have?????
