Roush Shifter and Sway Bar Bushings

I installed the Saleen shifter bushings this weekend. What a difference, these should be standard, it is solid, I can't belive how much slop is in the stock rubber bushings. I have driven Pro 5.0 cars, though it is not quite that, for the small investment it feels darn close.

I do not notice any more noise or vibration, just solid action.

I also replaced my front sway bar bushings and end links. Awesome, solved 99% of squeeks and rattle I had in the front end. The rest are just standard Mustang noises. Car has 50K on it, and the stock bushings were shot. Removed the entire front bumper cover for easier access, but it is not necessary at all. I wanted to clean and refinish the area.

Sway bar bushings are easy, just make sure car is supported by control arms so the geometry is close, and tighten up the chassis mount bushings before you attach endlinks. Once the endlinks are on I could not lift sway bar into place.

I used Mobil One Synthetic Grease which should hold up well. BYE BYE SQUEEKS.

i meant to ask you, how does that odyssey battery work for you. you don't have the chicago winter to deal with but otherwise any starting or charging issues. i am too lazy to do a battery relocation but i thought about the same thing you did?
