Shifter bushing, sleeve

Anybody know where I can find the little plastic bushing that goes on the ball socket of the shifter lever to the gear selector? Does anyone know the real name for it?

Ford call the plastic/nylon bushing a DAMPNER SLEEVE.

The dealer here had one left - it was 3.95. We had to hunt around on the fische though because unlike the ever-wise A.S., I didn't know the proper name for it.
It might be worth making a call or two if it saves transit time and a couple dollars.
