Im looking to get a new shifter, is there a pretty decent one that could be had for under 100 bux? I was originally going to buy a tri ax. But im so tired of my tight shifter. Is there a good one for udner 100, or should i just wait and buy the tri ax?
Maby a used one, and I wouldn't trust a new one that cheap.
I've heard that MRT one isn't bad for the price, some like the MAC and those all cost about $120-130 or something. I would go with the tri-ax. Where are you located, I have a shifter I am told is the MAC I got used in a trade and worked pretty good while the T-5 held up. Now I have no use for it, I'd sell it pretty cheap, say $50 shipped. I'll try to get some pics up for you if interested.
The UPR blue thunder shifters are near identical to a Tri-Ax, but they have a little more spring pressure for 3rd gear engagement, you may want to take a look at them
