Hey everyone. Hope all of your holidays were good. I got an MGW pony-logo shift knob as a Christmas present (very cool-- http://mgwltd.com/mustang_t-handles.html ) and it sits kind of high when installed, so it got me thinking that perhaps I could use a short-throw shifter of some kind. So I was wondering what you guys thought: should I just throw down a bit of cash and get a shifter (B&M Ripper or Steeda Tri-Ax) and some 4.10 gears right now, or keep saving money for my P.I. headswap? I don't know...I'm really torn at this point. Please offer any opinions you may have. Thank you.

You will have to do all of this anyway....so go with the shifter, then gears. THe gears will keep you happy until the headswap.

That's what I was thinking. Thanks everyone. I'm still considering all the options.
