Okay fellas, my Stang has the Hurst Competition stick. The current shifter knob has come loose and i'm going to have to bust the knob to get it off (it's come loose from the sleeve). My question is what size threads do I need for a replacement shifter knob. I've found an awesome shifter knob (polished aluminum) but i'm not sure if it will thread onto the Hurst stick.
Also, i'm wanting to cheaply raise the front end of my car like an inch or two. I've found some adjusters from JC Whitney, what do you all think about these? Would they work fine?

One more thing, I have the stock 4 lug setup on my car. Does anyone know what size lugnuts that I need to replace mine (i'm here at college, and can't get the lugnut to look at)? I'm wanting to replace all my lugnuts because some don't match, some are rusted, and two are missing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
