Shifter moves when I power shift

Hey guys just a question. I feel like I have a lot of movement when I shift especially power shift. I feel like trans/motor moves back when I push gas and goes forward when I let off I just swapped the motor mounts about a year ago but didn’t swap out the transmission mount. Can a bad transmission mount cause this?

It could yes.

Could also be failure of the motor mounts as well, depending on if they are parts store rubber ones. I wouldn’t be shocked if that’s the case
