Im having a vibration in my shifter. I slip yoke flange because the rubber is dry rotted in the slip yoke flange but I dont think its the problem. I tried doing some troubleshooting today, and I revved my engine up and held my stick shift while the clutch pedal was pressed in and felt the vibration through the shift, I also hear a rattle like a metal is flapping. Could anyone tell me what is wrong? I took it to a mechanic and he told me my vibration was because of a tire that he had me feel that have wavy ness and he said he checked my u joints and stuff.
