Shock Strut question

Below is a picture of my car that I recently bought. I don't know how much it is lowered but I want to replace the shocks and struts. What do I need to know before I order them? Is the dropped amount important or does it not effect which shocks and struts I order?

What do you guys recommend for a nice ride?

It won't matter, just get 87-93 Fox struts and shocks. Replace the quad shocks too. Autozone sells decent gabriels for $25 each listed under "steering dampener"

I'd go with something adjustable. Strange 10-ways offer a good range of adjustment, but can't go wrong with Koni or tokico adjustables
