Looking in the engine compartment, there are bolts coming through the shock tower on both sides. Is the inner part, (engine side), removeable by unbolting these? What part would I order, if so? Some ding-a-ling has drilled the typical holes there to grease the upper control arms because they didn't want to spend lunch money on right angle fittings.

If I understand what your asking, those are welded in and the small bolts you see hold the spring cover on thats behind the wheel. Back in those years I saw alot of those that had the holes burned in by a cutting torch to grease the upper arms. There was a kit that we used at the ford dealer where you took the grease plugs out and stuck a round little roller wheel thing in to grease the uppers. Most of the time you couldnt get a 90 degree zert in there. The car I have now has been hammered out a little to clear the ones I have in it.
