shock ?

I'm getting ready to order a set of MM adjustable lowers, and have read that some people remove the rear quad shocks after putting on the lower control arms??...why is this done?...any advantage, and what about just running lakewood 50/50 in the rear?...If anyone can shed some light on this subject that would be great...thanx

People remove the quad shocks so they can run a wider tire generally, and because they are pretty much useless once good lca's and adjustable uca's are installed. BTW; I'd put in adjustable uppers at the same time.

Which brand of adjustable uppers should i get with the MM lowers?

I should rephrase that; if you have traction problems, you might want to look into the uppers. They aren't absolutely necessary, but help eliminate inherent traction problems by helping correct pinion angle when properly adjusted.
